Powdered ingredients are prepared and blended in production equipment designed to distribute the formula throughout the batch. The exact composition remains governed by the current product record.

The prepared blend moves through encapsulation equipment. Capsule material, fill specifications, serving size, and count remain formula-specific rather than becoming a blanket promise across the collection.

Finished capsules move through polishing and visual inspection before packaging. Acceptance details and supporting records stay tied to the relevant run.

Held for the correct order.
Finished inventory is organized so order information can be matched to the intended product before labeling and shipment.

Matched to the product record.
Order and product information guide label printing and application before the item moves to packing. This is where formula identity and customer-facing presentation have to agree.

Checked, packed, tracked.
Shipping information is created for the specific order, and tracking closes the loop after release to the carrier. Timing varies by order and carrier; HEFT does not publish a fixed turnaround promise here.
